Fresh Cream Filled Biscuits.

                         

I am not a chef. I just love to cook and bake. And I come from a long line of women , for whom the kitchen is the heart of the home and cooking is a matter of passion.

                                                 

Monday through Friday, if the girls are going to school and the husband is going for work, we always manage to kick up a storm around the kitchen table at breakfast time. The girls don't want to eat anything, I am yelling at the top of my voice and the husband is trying his level best to calm all of us down. 

So Week end breakfast is always a very special time at our house. It's the same kitchen table and its the same people around it . But we are so much more lovable during the week end breakfast. We laugh, we argue and we share the main events of the week that just went by.  

And this week ends  star of the show was Fresh cream filled biscuits.

Ingredients:  

Biscuit dough : 1 can ( I use Pillsbury Grands original Flaky)

 Fresh Cream : 1 cup

 Powdered sugar : 4 tbs

 Vanilla : 1 tsp

 Some fresh strawberries and Some fresh blueberries.
