Baked Soy Sauce Chicken.

                                                                   


I am not a chef. I just love to cook and bake. And I come from a long line of women , for whom the kitchen is the heart of the home and cooking is a matter of passion.
                                                    

My husband and our daughters love it. So chicken is a staple in our house. I am always on the lookout for new chicken recipes. And this one is really easy to make.

Ingredients:

Please note that there is no added salt in this recipe because the soy sauce has a lot of salt in it.

Skinless bone in chicken thighs and legs:8

Soy sauce : 1 cup

Brown sugar : 1/3 cup

grated fresh ginger : 2 tablespoon

fresh grated garlic : 2 tablespoon

Rice vinegar : 1 tablespoon

Sriracha or any spicy red chilli sauce : 1 tablespoon.

Some chopped fresh green onions for garnish.
