Pasta has managed to take the position of being a staple in my kitchen. My daughters just love it. And the convenience of being able to make something in a very short period of time, has also made me fall in love with it. Whatever the shape, size or color, my daughters are always able to get fork fulls in their mouth. And that also without any fuss.
Today's story is about pasta and 2 cheeses. Although my daughters love pasta, they don't like anything coming between their pasta and the molten streams and sprinkles of cheesy goodness. And this pasta recipe is a perfect marriage between pasta and cheese.
Serves: 4 - 6
Ingredients:
Pasta :2 cups
Olive oil: 2 tablespoon
Butter : 4 tablespoon
Flour (maida) : 2 tbs
garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Italian Seasoning: 2 teaspoon
Grated Cheddar cheese : 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese : 1/2 cup
Chicken stock / veg stock/water : 1 cup
Fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese for garnish.
