Baked Chicken Tikka,





I am Anuradha Bose. Food is a matter of passion for me. But I am not a chef. I just love to cook and bake. And I come from a long line of women , for whom the kitchen is the heart of the home .






Personally , I am not a carnivore. But I have people living in my household who are sort of. Yes I am talking about my husband and our two precious daughters over here. Although I must mention that these days my husband has started eating a lot of vegetables and fruits.  


My experience is, chicken is very versatile , can be cooked quite easily , and is capable of producing one pot wonders. 

Whether its the finger licking tandoori's or the succulent kebabs,



Or whether its the very humble but delicious hainanese  chicken with a side of fresh ginger and red chili  sauce ,



Whether its the perfect marriage of chicken and rice otherwise called biryani, 



or whether its the crispy crunchy sesame chicken.




Chicken most definitely showcases a very versatile performance.

Serves : 4 
Ingredients:

 Diced Chicken : 1.5 lbs ( About 680 grams.)


Yogurt ( Dahi) : 1 cup
Ginger paste : 2 teaspoon
Garlic paste : 2 teaspoon
Salt : According to taste
Tumeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder : 2 teaspoon
Kasoori Methi ( Dried Fenugreek leaves) : 2 teaspoon
Red Chili powder : 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri mirch or Paprika : 1 teaspoon
Fresh lime wedges and onion rings for garnish.
